《永定风规》意蕴的生态法治价值

The Value of Ecological Rule of Law Implied in “Yongding Wind Regulations”

《永定风规》作为贵州省剑河县小广侗寨的民约之一,是反映嘉庆二十二年(1817)至光绪十四年(1888)侗族进行三次婚俗改革的重要文物。经历婚俗改革后,小广侗寨婚姻观念由约束到自由,婚礼服饰由华丽到简朴,舅公礼由重到轻。通过分析《永定风规》的运行机制及其对小广集体婚俗的影响,发现《永定风规》具有自发性、节约性、规范性特点,小广集体婚俗流传至今则是生态理性和规范认同的共同结果,体现了侗族节约、自然、健康的绿色生活方式及民众对民约的自觉遵守。《永定风规》把生态法治文明建设融入到侗族的生产生活和风俗习惯中,对研究侗族传统文化和建设生态法治文明具有重要的现实意义。

As one of the folk conventions of the Dong Village in Xiaoguang, Jianhe County, Guizhou Province, "Yongding Customs" reflects the three reforms of the Dong people’s marriage customs from the 22nd year of Jiaqing(1817) to the 14th year of Guangxu(1888) Important cultural relics. After the reform of marriage customs, Xiaoguang Dongzhai’s marriage concept has changed from restraint to freedom, the wedding dress has changed from gorgeous to simple, and the uncle’s courtesy has changed from heavier to lighter. By analyzing the operating mechanism of the“Yongding Customs”and its impact on Xiaoguang’s collective marriage customs, it is found that the“Yongding Customs”has the characteristics of spontaneity, economy, and standardization. The Xiaoguang collective marriage custom has been passed down to the present that is ecologically rational and normative. The common result of this demonstrates the Dong people’s economical, natural, and healthy green lifestyle and the people’s conscious abiding by the concept of folk conventions. “Yongding Customs”integrates the construction of ecological civilization of the rule of law into the production, life and customs of the Dong ethnic group,which has important practical significance for the study of the traditional culture of the Dong ethnic group and the construction of an ecological civilization of the rule of law.
