鸡大肠杆菌病是目前鸡场中最常见的一种疾病。由于大肠杆菌的血清型众多,不同地区发生病例其血清型有所不同,临床上还常常与其他疾病并发或继发感染。又因大肠杆菌易产生耐药作用,生产中养殖者盲目或不合理使用抗生素,造成该菌出现严重的耐药性,给防治带来了很大困难。笔者对鸡大肠杆菌病的发生原因、流行特点、防控措施等进行介绍,为防控本病的发生和流行提供参考。

Chicken colibacillosis is the most common disease in chicken farms.Because there are many serotypes of Escherichia coli,the serotypes of cases in different regions are different,and clinically,it is often complicated or secondary infection with other diseases.In addition,because Escherichia coli is prone to drug resistance,farmers use antibiotics blindly or irrationally in production,resulting in serious drug resistance of the bacteria,which brings great difficulties to the prevention and treatment of this disease.This paper focuses on the introduction of the causes,epidemic characteristics and prevention and control measures of chicken colibacillosis,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the occurrence and epidemic of this disease.
