摘要
鹅是一种重要的经济动物,其肉中蛋白质含量很高,脂肪含量很低,被贵州省列为重点发展的绿色健康食品之一。随着转录组测序技术的发展,应用转录组学解析鹅的繁殖性能、肉质与生长性状、宿主与病原的关系、皮肤毛囊等的分子调控机制,成为近年来研究的热点。通过研究鹅遗传资源,解析其分子调控机制,进而对鹅进行育种工作,推动鹅产业发展。笔者对近年来鹅相关的研究进行综述,旨在为后续研究提供参考资料。
Goose is an important economy of animals and belongs to seasonal breeding animals.It has high protein content and low fat content.Listed as one of the key development of green of healthy food.With the development of transcriptome sequencing technology,the application of transcriptomics to analyze the molecular regulation mechanism of goose reproductive performance,meat quality and growth traits,host-pathogen relationship,skin hair follicles,etc.Become a hot research topic in recent years.Analyze its molecular regulation mechanism,and then carry out breeding work on geese to promote the development of the geese industry.This paper mainly reviews the research related to goose in recent years,aiming at providing reference materials for follow-up research.
