摘要
为克服顺北油田1号和5号断裂带三叠系、二叠系塌漏同存、志留系裂缝性漏失、奥陶系侵入体和破碎地层井壁失稳钻井可能,防止出现井漏、井垮、卡钻等故障复杂难题,通过优选抑制、封堵等关键处理剂,应用ECD优化控制技术和动态堵漏、化学固结堵漏,形成三叠系二叠系井筒强化技术、志留系堵漏技术和破碎地层防塌技术,积累的超深井安全钻井经验值与同行分享。
In order to eliminate such occurrences as collapses and leakages in the Triassic and Permian formations,leakages in the Silurian fractured formation,and wellbore instability in the Ordovician intrusions and fractured formation amid drilling in the No.1 and No.5 fault zones of Shunbei oilfield,we applied the techniques of ECD optimization control,dynamic plugging and chemical consolidation plugging by selecting the key treatment agents associated with inhibition and plugging to prevent lost circulation,well collapses and stickings,so as to establish the techniques in wellbore stabilization in the Triassic and Permian formations,leakage plugging in the Silurian formation and collapse prevention in the fractured formation.The track records for safety drilling in the ultra-deep well are of reference for the peers.
