摘要
川南泸县区块页岩气开发多采用水平井泵送桥塞分段压裂方式,提高页岩气井采收率进行储层改造,钻塞施工是关键一环。研究一种新型乳液降阻剂钻塞液配置方法,通过流程优化和调整乳液降租剂与返排液(或清水)的配比,得到在线配液方式下乳液降租剂比清水或返排液为1/1000时,达到400L/min排量下施工泵压48~50MPa(高排量低泵压)的需求,较大的排量能为钻塞提供更大的动力,易于携带碎屑出井,为钻塞施工的顺利完成提供支撑。
In the shale gas development of Luxian block in southern Sichuan,the staged fracturing technology with pump-down plugs is mainly used in the horizontal well to improve the recovery in shale gas wells,in which the plug drilling-out is a key link.A new drilling-out fluid for mixing of the emulsion drag reducer was studied.When obtaining 1/1000 of emulsion drag reducer to water or flowback fluid with in-line mixing through process optimization and proper mixing ratio of the emulsion drag reducer and flowback fluid(or water),48-50mpa pump pressure(high flow rate and low pump pressure)was achieved at 400L/min flow rate.The larger flow rate can provide more power to drill out the plug and allow it to carry debris out of the well,facilitating the smooth performance of the plug drilling-out jobs.
