摘要
培育新入职大学生员工的责任感和归属感,有效促进大学生将个人目标和企业目标相融合、相统一。通过深入剖析新入职大学生群体积极和消极两个方面的特点,针对企业在大学生管理上存在的问题,提出“三个一”活动抓好人才教育培训、“三项措施”抓好人才的选拔与使用、“三个优化”营造良好环境的对策和建议,应用于实践,促进企业经营目标和个人劳动目标同步实现。
To cultivate the sense of responsibility and belonging of new college students is to effectively promote college students to integrate and unify their personal goals and corporate goals. Through in-depth analysis of the positive and negative facets of the new college students and aimed at the issues existing in the management of college students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of “three ones” activities to focus on talent education and training, “three measures” to focus on talent selection and use, and “three optimizations” to create a good environment, which can be applied in practice, so as to promote the simultaneous realization of business objectives and individual objectives.
