摘要
通过对中美高校教师发展的内涵、组织以及实践活动进行比较,结合我国实际,在中国高校教师的组织发展上,应创建新型教师发展机构,推进教师发展工作者专业化;在实践发展上,应实施教师发展需求调查,丰富教师发展实践活动形式;在个人发展,应根据教师发展的不同阶段制定教师发展项目,提供教师发展福利项目。
A comparative study of faculty development models between Chinese and American colleges was conducted in terms of connotation,organization and practice.According to the status quo of faculty organizational development of Chinese colleges,we should establish a new type of faculty development institutions and promote the professionalization of those teachers.In practice development,we should carry out the survey of faculty development needs and enrich the forms of their development practice activities.In individual development,faculty development projects should be formulated according to their different development stages,with their development welfare projects available.
