The staff management service center of Pingbei Management Department always takes staff as the center,focuses on the“medicare,food,housing and transportation”of employees,practices the service concept of“Four-Use”,creates the service brand of“Five-Heart”with heart,emotion,wisdom and strength,and guarantee the production and operation of the Management Department and the staff in a warm-hearted,patient,careful,intimate and warm-hearted manner.
