浅谈打造“四用”服务树立“五心”服务品牌的思考与对策——以坪北经理部管理服务中心为例

摘要 坪北经理部员工管理服务中心始终以员工为中心,重点抓好员工的“医食住行”,践行“四用”服务理念,用心、用情、用智、用力,打造“五心”服务品牌,热心、耐心、细心、贴心、暖心,为经理部生产经营和员工群众保驾护航。 The staff management service center of Pingbei Management Department always takes staff as the center,focuses on the“medicare,food,housing and transportation”of employees,practices the service concept of“Four-Use”,creates the service brand of“Five-Heart”with heart,emotion,wisdom and strength,and guarantee the production and operation of the Management Department and the staff in a warm-hearted,patient,careful,intimate and warm-hearted manner.
