摘要
为了进一步推广单重工作休假排队模型,以便更好地将其应用于实际,重点考虑了顾客接受服务后带有反馈机制的情形,构造了一种新的工作休假模型.依据Markov过程原理建立了系统稳态概率方程组,利用矩阵解法求出了稳态概率的矩阵解,得到了系统稳态下的一些重要的性能指标.最后运用matlab软件进行数值模拟,为系统的优化设计提供参考依据.
In order to further popularize the single working vacation queuing model for better application in practice,the case with feedback mechanism after customer receiving service is mainly considered,and a new kind of working vacation model is constructed.The steady state probability equations of the system are established according to the Markov process principle,the matrix solution of the steady state probability is obtained by using the matrix solution method,and some important performance indexes of the system under steady state are obtained.Finally,matlab software is used for numerical simulation to provide reference for the optimal design of the system.
