基于石蜡相变储热的隔热保温性能实验研究

摘要 高寒地区地广人稀,电力及其他形式能源供给落后.为保障高寒地区水处理设备在低温环境下正常运行,对其保温技术作了研究.首先对布置于水处理模拟设备上的柔性管路及其排列间距进行了研究;其次,以石蜡作为储能材料,分析了柔性管路套管结构中,储能层的储热性能;最后对储能层与设备之间,储能层与外围结构之间的隔热性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,在环境温度-20℃条件下,水处理设备与储能层之间形成了温度梯度,设备内部保持在8℃左右的时间为5~7 d,保证设备水温能工作在正常温度状态,储能层向外界扩散的热损失较少,可满足低温环境下水处理设备的防冻需求. The alpine region is vast and sparsely populated,and the supply of electricity and other forms of energy is backward.In order to ensure the normal operation of water treatment equipment in alpine regions under low temperature environments,related insulation technologies are studied.Firstly,the diameter of the flexible pipeline arranged on the water treatment simulation equipment and its arrangement spacing were studied;secondly,the thermal storage performance of the energy storage layer in the flexible pipeline casing structure was analyzed with paraffin as the energy storage material;in addition,the performances of the thermal insulation layer between the energy storage layer and the equipment and between the energy storage layer and the peripheral structure were studied.The experimental results show that under the condition of ambient temperature-20℃,a temperature gradient is formed between the water treatment equipment and the energy storage layer,and the time inside the equipment is kept at about 8℃for 5-7 days,which ensures that the water temperature of the equipment works at normal temperatures,and the heat loss diffused from the energy storage layer to the outside world is less,which can meet the demand of anti-freezing of the water treatment equipment under low temperature environments.
