摘要
目的:探讨医疗科室营运效能和精细化管理体系建设。方法:对某三级口腔专科医院的相关医疗科室建设情况进行分析。该院以国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标为指导,结合医院整体规划的年度工作目标,建立并实施医疗质量安全、科研教学、感控管理、运营效率等多维度的营运效能和精细化管理体系,年终对临床医技科室进行考核评分。结果:该考核体系的数据来源客观准确。考核体系的建立充分调动临床科室积极性,使得临床科室建设有目的性、方向性。结论:医疗科室营运效能和精细化管理体系的建立促进了该院发展的提质增效和综合实力的全面提升。
Objective:In order to establish a scientific and reasonable comprehensive objective assessment system,strengthen the connotation construction of the hospital.Methods:A tertiary dental hospital was guided by Public Hospital Performance Evaluation Indicator System,combining with hospital overall planning of annual work targets,formulation and implementation of medical quality and safety,management of scientific research and teaching,infection control,operational efficiency and so on multi-dimensional comprehensive annual target management system,and to examine the year-end of clinical medical department.Results:The data source of the assessment system is objective and accurate.The establishment of the assessment system can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of clinical departments and make the construction of clinical departments purposeful and directional.Conclusion:The establishment of the comprehensive objective assessment system has promoted the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the development of the hospital and the overall improvement of its comprehensive strength.
