儿童医院门诊药房拓展多元化药学服务实践与探讨

目的:探讨儿童医院门诊药房拓展医院药学服务新模式。方法:加强信息化建设,改善门诊医疗服务流程;推进“互联网+药学”;开展处方前置审核,打造智能药房,提供多渠道用药咨询服务和用药宣教等。结果:多元化的药学服务有效避免患儿用药错误、提高患儿用药依从性,提升患儿及其家属的安全用用药意识;依托互联网的药学服务拓展药师服务领域,更好地实现药师“以患者为中心”的服务价值。结论:门诊药房通过微信平台、智慧药房、药学门诊等多元途径拓展药学服务,可提高药物咨询和科普宣教等药学服务的质量。

Objective:To explore a new model for expanding hospital pharmacy services in children’s hospital outpatient pharmacy.Methods:Strengthen the information construction,improve the outpatient medical service process;promote"Internet+pharmacy";carry out pre-prescription review,build intelligent pharmacy,provide multi-channel medication consultation service and medication education,etc.Results:Diversified pharmaceutical care can effectively avoid medication errors,improve medication compliance,and enhance the awareness of safe medication for children and their families.Relying on Internet pharmacy services to expand the pharmacist’s service area,pharmacists can better realize the value of"patient-centered"services.Conclusions:Outpatient pharmacies expand pharmaceutical care through WeChat platform,smart pharmacy,pharmacy outpatient and other multiple ways,improve the proportion of drug consultation and popular science education services.
