品管圈护理模式在直视内镜检查术中的临床应用价值

To analyze the clinical application value of quality control circle nursing mode in"direct vision endoscopy"

目的:探讨品管圈护理模式在直视内镜检查术中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月-10月在医院接受直视内镜检查的114例患者,采用随机数表法分为两组(各57例),其中57例设为对照组,实施常规护理模式;另57例设为对照组,实施品管圈护理模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组护理人员服务质量及操作合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度(96.49%)与对照组(84.21%)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在直视内镜检查术实施中品管圈护理模式具有可行性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of quality control circle nursing mode in"direct vision endoscopy".Methods:114 patients who received direct vision endoscopy in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups(57 patients each),57 of whom were set as the control group,and the routine nursing mode was implemented.The other 57 patients were set as the control group,and the quality management circle nursing mode was implemented.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The service quality and operation qualification rate of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Patient satisfaction:There was a significant difference between the observation group(96.49%)and the control group(84.21%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to study the nursing mode of quality control circle in the implementation of"direct vision endoscopy".
