Clinical application study of 24h holter electrocardiogram in middle-aged and elderly patients with heart failure

目的:探究24 h动态心电图在中老年心力衰竭患者临床的应用。方法:选取某医院收治的41例中老年心力衰竭患者作为研究对象(研究组),选取同期的正常健康体检人群作为对照(对照组)39例,均实施24 h动态心电图,比较两组患者TMR、LVEF、NT-proBNP、T波电交替以及动态心电图相关指标(SDNN、HR、rMSSD、SDANN)。结果:研究组患者TMR、LVEF、NT-proBNP、T波电交替与对照组存在差异性(P<0.05);研究组患者动态心电图相关指标(SDNN、HR、rMSSD、SDANN)和对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对中老年心力衰竭患者实施24 h动态心电图诊断价值较高,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application of 24 h holter electrocardiogram in middle-aged and elderly patients with heart failure.Methods:The 41 cases of middle-aged and elderly psychological failure admitted to hospital were selected as the study subjects and 39 patients as the control(control group)for 24 h Holter ECG for TMR,NT E F,T wave alternating and dynamic ECG(SDNN,HR,rMSSD and SDANN).Results:TMR,LVEF,NT-proBNP and T waves were different from the control group(P<0.05);the relevant indicators(SDNN,HR,rMSSD,SDANN)and the control group were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:It value value value value value value value value in value is value and worth patients.
