加味黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Curative effect of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type

目的:探讨加味黄芪建中汤对改善脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者临床症状、提高疗效的作用。方法:抽取某医院收治的78例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,39例行常规西药治疗者作为对照组,39例行加味黄芪建中汤治疗者作为实验组,观察两组症状改善情况及治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗后症状总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,予以加味黄芪建中汤治疗,可有效缓解不适症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of flavored Astragalus Jianzhong decoction on improving the clinical symptoms and efficacy of chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods:Seventy-eight patients of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency treated were selected as the research subjects,39patients treated with conventional western medicine were selected as the control group,and 39 patients treated with flavored Astragalus Jianzhong soup were selected as the experimental group to observe the improvement of symptoms and the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:on the total post-treatment symptoms,the experimental group(4.96±1.85)was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);on the treatment total response rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency,it can effectively relieve the uncomfortable symptoms and improve the treatment effect,which is worth clinical promotion.
