热牙胶垂直与冷牙胶侧方加压在根管充填中的临床疗效

Hot teeth with vertical cold teeth lateral pressure in the clinical curative effect of root canal filling

目的:探讨热牙胶充填与冷牙胶侧方加压在根管充填中的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的40例根管充填患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组治疗方式选择热牙胶填充,利用连续热波牙胶垂直加压的方式,对照组治疗方式为传统的冷牙胶侧方加压填充根管技术进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的根管填充时间明显短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P=0.000),而在3个月治疗效果方面,观察组患者的治疗效果也优于对照组(P=0.0168)。但在术后疼痛感方面,两组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热牙胶填充的治疗效果明显高于冷牙胶填充,同时其填充时间也较短,3个月的远期治疗效果较高,可最大程度地改善患者的生活质量,无论热牙胶还是冷牙胶技术,术后患者的疼痛感均会降低,不适感也会减少。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of hot glue filling and cold glue lateral pressure in root canal filling.Methods:40 root canal filling patients admitted to the hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The treatment method of the observation group was selected as hot cement filling,using continuous thermal wave cement vertical pressure,and the treatment method of the control group was traditional cold cement lateral pressure filling root canal technique for treatment.Results:The root canal filling time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),while in terms of 3-month treatment effect,the observation group also had a higher effect than the control group(P=0.0168).However,in terms of postoperative pain sensation,the difference between the two data groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of hot glue fillings is significantly higher than that of cold glue fillings,while their filling time is shorter and their long-term therapeutic effect at 3 months is higher,which can improve the patient’s quality of life to the maximum extent.Whether using hot or cold glue technique,the patient will experience less pain and discomfort after the procedure.
