纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗在重症肺部感染患者中的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of sputum aspiration and lavage with fiberoptic bronchoscope in patients with severe pulmonary infection

目的:探讨重症医学科肺部感染患者采用纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗对患者症状、肺通气功能的影响。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取某医院收治的68例重症医学科肺部感染患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组与研究组,对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗治疗。通过比较两组临床疗效,证实纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗治疗的有效性。结果:研究组患者的临床疗效、pH、PCO_(2)、PO_(2)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的肺部啰音消失、体温恢复、肺部病变吸收>75%、血象恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗治疗重症医学科肺部感染患者可取得较为满意的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sputum suction and lavage with fiberoptic bronchoscope on symptoms and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with pulmonary infection in critical medical department.Methods:the clinical data of 68 patients with pulmonary infection in the Department of critical medicine in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group.The former group was treated with routine treatment and the latter group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction and lavage.By comparing the clinical effects of the two groups,the effectiveness of sputum suction and lavage with fiberoptic bronchoscope was confirmed.Results:the clinical efficacy,pH,pCO_(2)and PO_(2)levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance of pulmonary rales,the recovery of body temperature,the absorption of pulmonary lesions>75%and the recovery time of hemogram in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction and lavage can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection in severe medical department,which is worthy of popularization and application.
