康复新液与序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的效果

Effect of Kangfuxin liquid and sequential therapy on chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori positive

目的:探讨康复新液联合序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果及对血小板水平的影响。方法:选取某医院收治的80例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者,根据患者的治疗方式将其分为观察组(40例,治疗方法为康复新液联合序贯疗法治疗)和对照组(40例,治疗方法为序贯疗法),对比两组炎性因子、血小板计数、胃黏膜功能改善情况及症状消除和住院时间、幽门螺旋杆菌消除率。结果:观察组患者炎性因子、血小板计数、胃黏膜功能改善情况均明显优于对照组,症状消除和住院时间明显短于对照组,幽门螺旋杆菌消除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎选择康复新液联合序贯疗法治疗具有良好的临床效果,能显著促进患者炎性因子、血小板计数、胃黏膜功能改善,缩短患者的症状消除和住院时间,提高幽门螺旋杆菌消除率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation of new fluid combination and sequential therapy on Helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis and its effect on platelet level.Method:80 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis patients admitted were selected,and divided into observation group(40cases,the treatment for rehabilitation new fluid combined sequential therapy)and control group(40 cases,treatment for sequential therapy)according to the patient treatment,inflammatory factors,platelet count,gastric mucosal function improvement and symptom elimination and hospital time,H.pylori elimination rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of inflammatory factors,platelet count and gastric mucosal function improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the symptom elimination and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,and the elimination rate of H.pylori was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of Helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis combined with sequential therapy has good clinical effect,which can significantly promote the improvement of inflammatory factors,platelet count,gastric mucosa function in patients,shorten the symptom elimination and hospital time,and improve the elimination rate of H.pylori,which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
