结构式心理护理在全脑血管造影术中的应用效果观察

Application effect of structured psychological nursing in digital subtraction angiography

目的:探讨结构式心理护理在全脑血管造影术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析某医院开展的50例全脑血管造影术患者的临床资料,根据护理措施的不同分为对照组和实验组,每组25例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理基础上实施围手术期结构式心理护理干预措施,统计两组患者术后焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、术中血压变化并且进行分析。结果:实验组患者术后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者围手术期血压稳定,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全脑血管造影术患者实施结构式心理护理,有利于减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提升患者治疗配合度,保证围手术期患者生命体征的稳定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of structural psychological nursing in digital subtraction angiography.Methods:50 patients with total cerebral angiography in People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into control group and experimental group(n=25).Control group received routine nursing and experimental group received perioperative structured psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS)and intraoperative blood pressure changes of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the postoperative anxiety and depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the perioperative blood pressure was stable,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of structural psychological nursing for patients with digital subtraction angiography can reduce patients’negative emotions such as anxiety,improve patients’treatment cooperation,and ensure the stability of perioperative patients’vital signs,which is worth popularizing.
