微信见习教学模式在医学检验技术专业中的应用

Establishment of probation teaching model based on wechat platform and its appication in medical laboratory technology specialty

目的:探讨基于微信平台的新型见习教学模式对医学检验技术专业学生的学习效果。方法:基于微信平台建立见习教学模式,分别设立实验组和对照组,实验组在校期间通过微信平台观看见习视频课程,对照组按照传统教学模式进行。结果:实验组学生考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生在开阔视野、增加知识储备,激发学习热情、提高学习兴趣,缩短适应期,增加实训机会,增强职业信心等方面效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型见习教学模式值得推广。

Objective:To explory the effect of a new probation teaching model based on Wechat platform on students majoring in medical laboratory technology.Methoed:The apprenticeship teaching mode was established on Wechat,and then an experimental group and a control group were set up.The experimental group watched the apprenticeship video course on Wechat during school,and the control group followed the traditional teaching mode.Results:The scores of examination question in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of broadening horizons,increasing knowledge reserves,stimulating enthusiasm and interest in learning,shortening the adaptation period,increasing opportunities for practical training and enhancing career confidence(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new probation teaching model is worth popularizing.
