简化双层低延展绷带在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿治疗中的应用

Application of simplified double-layer low elongation bandage in the treatment of breast cancer related lymphedema

目的:探讨简化双层低延展绷带在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿综合治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择某医院胃肠腺体外科门诊收治的60例乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿患者,采用便利抽样法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均进行同样的手法淋巴引流、功能锻炼和皮肤护理;压力治疗的对照组患者采用传统的多层低延展绷带包扎法,观察组患者采用简化的双层低延展绷带包扎法。比较两组患者治疗前双上肢及治疗后5 d、10 d、15 d患肢7个部位的臂围周径,评估淋巴水肿治疗的有效指数。结果:两组患者治疗第5天、10天、15天的患肢臂围总和周径差比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗第5天、10天、15天的治疗有效指数均>25%,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:简化双层低延展绷带与传统多层低延展绷带的消肿效果相近似,均能有效减少患肢臂围周径。

Objective:To investigate the effect of simplified double-layer low stretch bandage in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer related lymphedema.Methods:60 patients with breast cancer related lymphedema admitted to a gastrointestinal gland surgery clinic were selected.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by convenient sampling,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received the same manual lymphatic drainage,functional exercise and skin care.In terms of pressure treatment,the patients in the control group used the traditional multi-layer low elongation bandage binding method,and the patients in the observation group used the simplified double-layer low elongation bandage binding method.The arm circumference of the two groups of patients before treatment and at 7 parts of the affected limb 5,10,and 15 days after treatment were compared,and the effective index of lymphedema treatment was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total circumference of affected limbs on the 5th,10th and 15th day of treatment(P>0.05).The effective index of the two groups on the 5th,10th and 15th day of treatment was>25%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The simplified double-layer low elongation bandage has the same detumescence effect as the traditional multi-layer low elongation bandage,and can effectively reduce the circumference of the affected limb.
