医养结合模式下锦州地区养老机构空间设计策略研究

Research on the Spatial Design Strategy of the Old-age Care Institutions in Jinzhou under the Mode of Combining Medical Care with Nursing Care

日益严重的人口老龄化导致我国失能、半失能老年人的数量急剧上升,对于专业的医疗照护需求越来越迫切,在此背景下,医疗与养老相结合的运行模式顺势而出。文章以锦州地区为例,调查研究老年人对医养结合模式养老机构的选取意向,从总体规划布局、功能配置、重点单元空间设计方面提出医养结合模式下的养老空间设计策略,以期更好地解决该地区的机构养老问题。

The combination of medical care and old-age care has emerged in the context of the rapid increase in the number of disabled and semi-disabled elderly people in China as a result of the increasingly severe population ageing.Taking the Jinzhou area as an example,this paper investigates the preference of the elderly for the combination of medical care and nursing care,in order to solve the problem of institutional care for the aged in this area,the design strategy of the old-age care space under the mode of combination of medical care and nursing care was put forward from the aspects of the overall layout,function configuration and the design of the key unit space.
