摘要
我国大中城市的声环境质量不容乐观,亟须采取有效措施控制噪声水平。噪声地图可为城市管理和规划设计时采取控制噪声措施提供预测与评估的依据。但传统的噪声地图制作方法已进入了瓶颈,最大不足之处就是噪声地图不能跟随道路交通状况的变化及时更新,导致其无法参与到数字城市的治理之中。文章尝试从道路交通大数据的角度出发,提出一种快捷、实时更新的噪声地图制作的方法,并以杭州拱墅区某区域为例,尝试制作局部城区的噪声地图,验证了这种方法的可行性,并提出了基于道路交通指数绘制噪声地图的设想。
The acoustic environment quality of large and medium-sized cities in China is not optimistic, so it is urgent to take effective measures to control the noise level. Noise map can provide basis for prediction and evaluation of noise control measures in urban management and planning and design. However,the traditional noise map making method has entered a bottleneck. The biggest deficiency is that the noise map cannot be updated in time with the changes of road traffic conditions, resulting in its inability to participate in the governance of digital cities. From the perspective of road traffic big data, this paper tries to put forward a fast and real-time updated noise mapping making method, and takes the area of Hangzhou Gongshu as an example to try to make a noise mapping, which verifies the feasibility of this method, and puts forward the idea of drawing a noise map based on road traffic index.
