城市更新导向下生态缺失场所活力提升与修复策略研究——以中国澳门内港更新为例

A Research on the Strategy for Boosting the Vitality of Sites of Ecological Deficiency under the Guidance of Urban Renewal:Taking the Renewal of Macao, China’s Inner Harbor as an Example

在城市化进程中,城市的发展变迁受到不同因素的影响,遗留下了各种生态缺失的场所。中国澳门半岛内港区域在中国澳门更新发展的历程中经历了由盛至衰的变化,城市中公共空间的旧有功能与当今的时代需求发生矛盾冲突,存在着各种破败与生态缺失的现象。文章通过分析中国澳门内港区域的衰败成因以及现实状况,结合澳门特区政府未来二十年城市更新需求导向,提出相关的区域生态修复与活力再生策略,使其焕发新的使用功能和生命力。

In the process of urbanization, the development and change of cities are affected by different factors, leaving behind various sites of ecological deficiency. The Inner Harbor area of the Macao Peninsula has undergone changes from prosperity to decline in the process of Macao’s renewal and development, the old functions of public spaces in the city conflict with the needs of the present era, and there exist various phenomena of dilapidation and ecological deficiency. By analyzing the causes of decline and the current situation of Macao’s inner harbor area, combined with the Macao SAR government’s urban renewal demand orientation in the next 20 years, this paper puts forward relevant strategies for regional ecological restoration and vitality regeneration, so as to make it glow with new functions and vitality.
