城市修补理念下工业遗址公园发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Industrial Heritage Park under the Concept of Urban Repair

随着城市发展步伐的加快以及工业转型升级,城市中的老旧工业区无法适应新时代的城市发展需求,工业区被迫关停或搬迁后留存的工业遗迹承载了工业记忆,记录了城市发展历程,也是城市更新的重要部分。近些年,工业遗产的保护问题受到多方重视,保护方式也多种多样,工业遗址公园是后工业区改造和工业遗产保护的重要路径。文章从城市修补的视角出发,结合案例,从功能修补、交通修补、空间修补三方面梳理总结工业遗址公园的发展策略,为工业遗址公园未来的发展方向及工业遗产保护提供借鉴。

With the acceleration of urban development and industrial transformation and upgrading, the old industrial areas in the city can not meet the urban development needs of the new era. The industrial relics left after the industrial areas are forced to be closed or relocated bear the industrial memory, record the urban development process, and are also an important part of urban renewal. In recent years, the protection of industrial heritage has been paid attention to by many parties, and the protection methods are also diverse. Industrial heritage park is one of the important ways of post industrial zone transformation and industrial heritage protection. From the perspective of urban repair and combined with cases, this paper combs and summarizes the development strategies of industrial heritage park from three aspects: functional repair, traffic repair and spatial suture, so as to provide reference for the future development direction of industrial heritage park and industrial heritage protection.
