青岛市老旧人防商街改造方向探究

Research on the Reconstruction Direction of Civil Air Defense Commercial Street in Qingdao

青岛市作为全国一类防空重点城市,新中国成立以来人防建设积极,建成量较大,人防地下商业街就是其中的重要组成部分,但近些年逐渐破败闲置。文章立足于人防商街的现状,通过人防商街中两座有代表性的商街分析衰落的根本原因,针对性地提出多种人防商街功能改造的方向,如果能够合理地改造此类建筑项目,不仅能够满足城市发展对于空间的需求,使废旧的人防工程得到重新利用,提供效益产出,还能够将青岛市民的记忆予以保留展现,实现社会效益、经济效益、战备效益的三重收益。

Qingdao, as a national first-class key air defense City, has been actively building civil air defense since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with a large number of completed civil air defense. The underground commercial street of civil air defense is an important part of it, but it has been gradually dilapidated and idle in recent years. Based on the current situation of civil air defense commercial streets, this paper analyzes the root causes of the decline through the two representative commercial streets in the civil air defense commercial streets, and puts forward a variety of functional transformation directions of civil air defense commercial streets. If such construction projects can be reasonably transformed, it can not only meet the space needs of urban development, reuse the waste civil air defense projects to provide benefit output, but also preserve and show the memory of Qingdao citizens, realize the triple benefits of social benefits, economic benefits and combat readiness benefits.
