城市更新背景下南京地铁“站城一体化”开发探索与实践

Practice and Exploration on Station-city Integration Development Model of Nanjing Metro Under the Background of Urban Renewal

随着城市“增量开发”速度的减缓,“存量更新”成为城市发展的新增长极。轨道交通建设中“站城一体化”开发模式为城市更新带来了新的思路。结合南京地铁在“站城一体化”建设中的实践经验,总结“站城一体化”建设开发模式在城市更新中的重要作用和实施思路。通过“中华门”“朝天宫”“城西路停车场”一体化开发项目,总结归纳“局部改善、区域提升、地区引导”三类城市更新模式,为后续其他城市的城市更新提供参考。

As the speed of urban development slows down, "stock renewal" has become the direction of urban development. The development model of "integration of stations and cities" has brought new ideas to urban renewal. Combined with the practical experience in the construction of Nanjing Metro, the important role and implementation ideas of the "station-city integration" construction and development model in urban renewal are summarized. Through the development projects of "Zhonghua Gate", "Chaotian Palace" and "Chengxi Road Parking ", three types of urban renewal models of "local improvement, regional improvement, and regional guidance" are summarized to provide reference for the subsequent urban renewal of other cities.
