Creating the Future Industrial Technology Research Institute and Opening up a New Track for Future Industrial Development

未来产业技术研究院是顶承未来产业发展格局的新型产业技术创新平台,其创建是培育与发展未来产业的重要举措。浙江、广东、湖北、陕西等省市已在未来产业技术研究院的创建方面有所部署。文章借鉴典型机构经验,提出了加强顶层设计、聚焦优质细分领域布局、创新体制机制、借力科学城打造未来产业先导区、创新未来技术应用场景等方面的对策建议,冀望以此助力孵化、培育、发展未来产业,开辟未来产业发展新赛道。

The Future Industrial Technology Research Institute is a new industrial technology innovation platform that inherits the future industrial development pattern,and its establishment is an important measure to cultivate and develop future industries.Zhejiang,Guangdong,Hubei,Shaanxi and other provinces and cities have deployed the establishment of future industrial technology research institutes.Drawing on the experience of typical institutions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen top-level design,focus on the layout of high-quality subdivided fields,innovate institutional mechanisms,build a future industry pilot area with the help of Science City,and innovate future technology application scenarios,hoping to help incubate,cultivate and develop future industries and open up new tracks for future industrial development.
