摘要 青海省地理环境复杂,边远地区通信、交通、供电等基础设施薄弱。北斗三号气象应急通信系统,选配北斗/GPS双模RNSS定位和4G/5G数据通信功能,具有良好的抗电磁干扰能力、远程控制能力、多链路传输能力和短报文通信功能,可实现传统通信未覆盖或失效应急情况下气象观测数据和应急信息的传输。本文针对北斗三号应急通信系统在气象领域的应用进行分析。 The geographical environment of Qinghai Province is complicated, and the infrastructure of communication, transportation and power supply in remote areas is weak. Beidou-3 meteorological emergency communication system, equipped with Beidou/GPS dual-mode RNSS positioning and 4G/5G data communication functions, it has good anti-electromagnetic interference capability, remote control capability, multi-link transmission capability and short message communication function, can realize the transmission of meteorological observation data and emergency information when traditional communication is not covered or fails. This paper analyzes the application of Beidou-3 emergency communication system in the meteorological field.
