新形势下江苏省地下水保护利用路径探析

Study on Groundwater Protection and Utilization Path in Jiangsu Province under New Situation

随着《地下水管理条例》的施行,我国地下水迈入依法管理的新阶段。本文在总结江苏省地下水保护利用现状的基础上,分析了新形势下面临的问题,提出了未来地下水可持续利用的工作路径,包括推进地下水超采综合治理、加强地下水储备和应急备用管理、强化地下水资源节约集约利用、健全地下水管理和保护机制等,可为江苏省今后一个时期地下水保护利用工作提供参考。

Along with the implementation of the Regulations on Groundwater Management,our country enters a new stage of managing groundwater according to law.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of groundwater protection and utilization in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the problems faced under the new situation,and puts forward the working path of sustainable groundwater utilization in the future,including promoting the comprehensive management of groundwater over-exploitation,strengthening the management of groundwater reserve and emergency reserve,strengthening the economical and intensive utilization of groundwater resources,and improving the management and protection mechanism of groundwater.It can provide reference for groundwater protection and utilization in Jiangsu Province in the future.
