摘要
目的:对PDCA循环应用于改善非计划再次手术发生率的实践效果进行评价,为医疗质量的改进提供参考。方法:将PDCA循环方法应用于非计划再次手术改进计划,并应用SPSS22.0软件对应用前后的结果进行统计分析。结果:PDCA循环应用后,非计划再次手术的发生率从0.89%下降到0.51%,差异有统计学意义。非计划再次手术的上报率从53.85%上升到87.5%。结论:应用PDCA循环方法可以有效地降低非计划再次手术的发生率,提高患者的医疗质量。
Objective:To evaluate the practical effect of PDCA cycle on improving the incidence of unplanned reoperation,and provide a reference for the improvement of medical quality. Methods:The PDCA cycle method was applied to unplanned reoperationimprovement planning,and SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the results before and after application. Results:After the application of PDCA cycle,the incidence of unplanned reoperation decreased from 0.89% to 0.51,the difference was statistically significant. The reporting rate of unplanned reoperations increased from 53.85% to 87.5%. Conclusion:The application of PDCA circulation method can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned reoperation and improve the quality of patients’ medical care.
