摘要
目的:探讨(疾病)诊断相关分类(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)支付模式在医院信息化系统建设中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性选取本院2020年3月-2021年9月8 572例住院病案首页资料为对照组,另选取同期9 732例为研究组。建设DRGs医院信息化系统,同时在应用DRGs支付模式过程中建立事前、事中、事后一体化信息综合监管控费体系,对比建设前后医疗服务质量、医疗服务效率及医疗费用管控能力。结果:研究组医疗服务质量、服务效率及费用管理能力均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:基于DRGs支付模式建设医院信息化体系,能够有效实现医疗费用的管控、提高医疗服务的质量及效率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Diagnosis related groups(DRGs)payment mode in the construction of hospital information system. Methods:The first page data of 8,572 inpatient medical records from March 2020 to September 2021 in our hospital were prospectively selected as the control group,and 9,732 cases in the same period were selected as the research group,that is,to build DRGs hospital information system. At the same time,in the process of applying DRGs payment mode,an integrated information and information comprehensive supervision and cost control system was established,and the quality,efficiency and control ability of medical services before and after the construction were compared. Results:The medical service quality,service efficiency and cost management ability of the study group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The construction of hospital information system based on DRGs payment mode can effectively control medical expenses and improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
