江苏省装配式钢结构建筑的技术发展现状与方向

Technical Development Status and Direction of Assembled Steel Structure Buildings in Jiangsu

装配式钢结构建筑具有环保节能、抗震性能好、轻质高强、建造速度快、综合效益高等优点,在建筑领域广泛应用装配式钢结构,不仅可以发展绿色经济,还能有效化解钢铁产业过剩产能,推动钢结构建筑可持续发展。江苏是建筑业大省,长期以来在推动装配式钢结构建筑的政策引导、技术提升、标准完善等方面做了大量基础性工作,成效显著。文章介绍了部分具有代表性的装配式钢结构建筑的结构体系、围护体系和楼屋盖体系的发展现状,并对其技术优缺点进行对比,指出了未来装配式钢结构建筑的发展趋势,以期有助于江苏装配式钢结构建筑的发展。

Assembled steel structure buildings have the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving,good seismic performance, light weight, high strength, fast construction speed and high comprehensive benefit.The extensive application of assembled steel structure in the construction field can not only develop green economy, but also effectively resolve the excess capacity of steel industry and promote the sustainable development of steel structure buildings. Jiangsu is a big province in the construction industry. For a long time,it has done a lot of basic work in promoting the policy guidance, technology upgrading and standard perfection of assembled steel structure buildings, and achieved remarkable results. This paper introduces the development status of structural system, enclosure system and roof system of some representative assembled steel structure buildings, compares the advantages and disadvantages of their technologies, and points out the development trend of assembled steel structure buildings in the future, in order to contribute to the development of assembled steel structure buildings in Jiangsu.
