摘要
南京“和记洋行”化验间为钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震鉴定结果为不满足《建筑抗震鉴定标准》对A类钢筋混凝土房屋抗震鉴定的要求,采用阻尼器减震[1]加固法对其进行加固。加固计算时,先采用PKPM对其试计算,确定合适的附加阻尼比和附加刚度,后采用ETABS计算软件具体分析,确定阻尼器的数量、型号和位置。为了解阻尼器对化验间的减震效果,对加固前后结构的层间位移角、梁柱内力值等指标进行对比分析,结果表明加固后结构的层间位移角、梁柱内力值明显降低,阻尼器减震加固法有良好的加固效果。
The laboratory of Hutchison International Company in Nanjing is A reinforced concrete frame structure, and the seismic evaluation result is that it does not meet the requirements of the seismic Evaluation Standard of Building for Class A reinforced concrete buildings, so the damping[1]reinforcement method is adopted to reinforce it.
