物流建筑高层仓库的结构设计

摘要 某物流园区项目主要建筑单体为高层仓库,文章结合高层仓库的特点进行了结构设计分析。高层仓库主体结构采用竖向框排架结构形式;楼面设计充分发挥了组合梁、钢筋桁架楼承板的优点,减轻了结构自重,免除了施工高支模;对钢屋面采用二维及三维的包络设计;对围护结构屋面檩条及墙梁的风荷载系数取《建筑结构荷载规范》和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》两者的包络值;对超长结构采用弹性膜方式考虑了温度应力。 In a logistics park project, the main single building is a high-rise warehouse. This paper analyzes the structure design based on the characteristics of the high-rise warehouse. The main structure of high-rise warehouse adopts vertical frame bent structure;The floor design gives full play to the advantages of composite beams and steel-bar truss deck, reduces the self weight of the structure, and avoids high formwork erection;The steel roof is designed with two-dimensional and three-dimensional envelope;For the wind load coefficient of the roof purlin and wall beam of the enclosure structure, the envelope value of Load code for the design of building structures and Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames shall be taken;For the overlong structure, the temperature stress is considered by using elastic membrane.
