文章以南京地铁小镇青龙片区东流一期安置房建设为例,分析装配式住宅设计与施工中的重点问题,提出设计、施工和质量全过程控制策略,探索从设计到施工一体化的科学管理方法,为将来装配式住宅的推广提供借鉴和引导。

Taking the housing of Dongliu in Qinglong District of Nanjing Metro Town as an example, this paper analyzes the key problems in the design and construction of prefabricated housing, puts forward the control strategy for the process of design, construction and quality, and explores the scientific management method from design to construction integration, which provides reference and guidance for the promotion of prefabricated housing in the future.
