南水北调受水区新野县地下水超采治理研究

摘要 新野县是南阳盆地平原县、国家现代农业示范区、南水北调中线受水区,由于地表水资源缺乏,地下水超采严重,长期大面积超采地下水会带来一系列地质环境灾害;结合县情制定地下水超采治理目标任务,通过实施南水北调地表水源置换、恢复和发展灌区高效节水灌溉、增加地下水补给和严格的地下水管理等综合治理措施,解决地下水超采治理方案难题,改变地下水长期严重超采、环境恶化局面,以期实现地下水采补平衡、水资源可持续利用,为生态文明建设和经济高质量发展提供保障,研究结果供相关人员借鉴和主管部门参考。 Xinye county is a plain county in Nanyang Basin, a national modern agricultural demonstration area, and a water receiving area in the middle route of the South-to-North water transfer project. Due to the lack of surface water resources and groundwater overexploitation,the long-term large-scale overexploitation of groundwater will bring a series of geological environmental disasters. The objectives and tasks of groundwater overexploitation control were formulated combination with the county conditions to solve the problem of groundwater overexploitation control plan. Comprehensive management measures include the replacement of surface water sources for the South-to-North water transfer project, the restoration and development of efficient and water-saving irrigation in irrigation areas, and the increase of groundwater supply and strict groundwater management. By changing the long-term serious overexploitation of groundwater and environmental degradation to achieve a balance between groundwater extraction and recharge and sustainable use of water resources. The research results provided a guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality economic development, and can be used for relevant personnel and competent departments.
