高炉能耗现状及降耗技术展望 被引量:18

Status of energy consumption and prospect of consumption reduction technology in blast furnace

摘要 近年来,为贯彻落实国家“双碳”战略目标,针对冶金等重点行业,提出了严格的能效约束以推动节能降碳。目前,在以长流程为主的钢铁生产过程中,如何降低高炉炼铁工序能耗,以实现钢铁企业节能降耗仍是亟待解决的问题。首先介绍了高炉炼铁工序的能耗现状以及计算标准,并基于工业代谢的用能分析,详细阐述了高炉工序主要的节能降耗手段。最后,对高炉工序节能新技术做了相关的展望,以期为冶金行业节能降耗提供建议性方向。 In recent years,in order to implement the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,strict energy efficiency constraints had been put forward for key industries,such as metallurgy,to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction.At present,in the long process-oriented steel production process,how to reduce the energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking to achieve energy conservation was still an urgent problem.The current situations and calculation standard of energy consumption in blast furnace ironmaking process were introduced.Further,the main energy-saving and consumption reduction means of blast furnace process was expounded in detail based on the analysis of industrial metabolism.Finally,the new energy-saving technologies of blast furnace process were prospected,in order to provide suggestions for energy conservation and consumption reduction in metallurgical industry.
