DearEditor,Huntington's disease(HD)is an autosomal dominant neurodegenerative disease caused by the abnormal expansion of CAG repeat in the HTT gene.The CAG-Age Product(CAP),a quantity associated with age and CAG repeat length,is frequently used to estimate the progression of HD pathology^([1,2]).
