摘要 目的分析A、B、C 3个婴儿培养箱品牌的性能检测数据,通过分析升温时间、温度特性和噪声的差异性,为临床使用、设备维护、采购选型等提供依据。方法对我院在用的29台婴儿培养箱,使用SPSS对其2017—2021年间的性能检测数据进行Kruskal-Wallis检验,分析3个品牌的升温时间、温度偏差、温度波动度、温度均匀度及噪声的差异,并通过绘制箱式图对不同品牌间存在显著差异性的参数进行对比分析。结果B品牌的升温时间短于A、C品牌(P<0.05)。C品牌的温度偏差与A、B品牌存在显著差异(P<0.05),且离散程度更高。B品牌的噪声高于A、C品牌(P<0.05)。结论A品牌在温度特性和噪声方面更符合临床的性能要求,研究结果可确保临床使用的安全性,并为婴儿培养箱预防性维护和采购选型时提供设备性能相关依据。 Objective To analyze the performance test data of three brands of baby incubators A,B and C,and to provide basis for clinical use,equipment maintenance,procurement,and selection by analyzing the differences in heating time,temperature characteristics and noise levels.Methods Kruskal-Wallis test was conducted on the performance test data of 29 infant incubators in our hospital from 2017 to 2021 by using SPSS.The differences of heating time,temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation,temperature uniformity and noise levels of the three brands were analyzed,and the parameters with significant differences among different brands were compared and analyzed by drawing box diagram.Results The heating time of brand B was slightly shorter than that of brand A and brand C(P<0.05).The temperature deviation of brand C was significantly different from that of brand A and brand B(P<0.05),and the degree of dispersion was higher.The noise level of brand B was higher than that of brand A and brand C(P<0.05).Conclusion Brand A is more consistent with clinical performance requirements in terms of temperature characteristics and noise level.The results of this paper can ensure the safety of clinical use,and provide a performance-related basis for the preventive maintenance,procurement and selection of infant incubators.
