摘要
近视是我国常见的眼病,其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。高度近视会造成视力损伤,也是引起患者失明的主要原因之一。光学相干断层扫描血管成像(Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography,OCTA)是一种无创高效的成像技术,可定量检测近视眼底结构及血管的改变,实现对非病理性近视患者眼底改变的监测,并可用于明确病理性近视对眼底结构,尤其是血流灌注的影响。本文旨在对OCTA在近视中的应用进行综述,以期为近视患者眼底改变的诊疗提供一定的理论依据。
Myopia is a common eye disease in China,and its incidence is increasing year by year.High myopia can cause visual damage,which is one of the main causes of blindness.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is a non-invasive and efficient imaging technique that can quantitatively detect changes of fundus structure and blood vessels in patients with nonpathological myopia.It can also be used to clarify the positive effect of pathological myopia on fundus structure,especially blood perfusion.This paper aims to review the application of OCTA in myopia treatment,and provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of fundus changes in myopia patients.
