静电放电发生器校准负载特性研究

摘要 静电在我们日常生活中随处可见,静电放电对电子设备的安全运行有重要影响,一般利用静电放电信号发生器模拟放电来评价静电放电对电子设备的影响。根据国家标准GB/T 17626.2的要求,静电放电发生器需要定期进行校准,以保证测试的可靠、可信。因此,对静电放电发生器的校准和校准中有重要影响的因素进行了探讨,提出了一种模型进行分析,通过分析得出校准中制造放电靶时应考虑的因素,并总结了校准中应该注意的事项。 Electrostatic electricity can be seen everywhere in our daily life,and electrostatic discharge has an important impact on the safe operation of electronic equipment.Generally,the electrostatic discharge signal generator is used to simulate discharge to evaluate the influence of electrostatic discharge on electronic equipment.According to the requirements of the national standard of GB/T 17626.2,the electrostatic discharge generator should be calibrated regularly to ensure the reliability and credibility of the test.Therefore,the calibration and the important influence factors during the calibration of electrostatic discharge generator are discussed.A model is proposed for analysis.Through the analysis,the factors that should be considered in making discharge targets in calibration are obtained,and the considerations in calibration are summarized.
