摘要 烟气分析仪主要用于各种燃烧锅炉工况参数、有害气体和氧气浓度的测量,被广泛地应用于工业气炉、环境保护和石油化工等各类行业,气体传感器是烟气分析仪的核心部件。以电化学气体传感器和红外气体传感器为例,着重分析采用定流量检定法和三通检定法这两种不同原理的烟气分析仪进行检定时,其示值误差和重复性的变化规律,用于探讨不同检定方法对于测量数据和测量结果的准确度的影响,为烟气分析仪检定方法的合理选择提供了一定的指导。 Flue gas analyzer is mainly used to measure the working parameters of various combustion boilers and the concentration of harmful gases and oxygen,and it is widely used in various industries such as industrial gas furnaces,environmental protection,petrochemical industry,and gas sensor is the key component of flue gas analyzer.Taking electrochemical gas sensor and infrared gas sensor as examples,the variation of indication error and repeatability of these two kinds of gas analyzers with different principles are emphatically analyzed by constant flow verification and tee verification,and the influence of different verification methods on the accuracy of measurement data and results are discussed,which provides some guidance for the reasonable selection of flue gas analyzer verification method.
