摘要
电气防爆系列标准已正式实施,为了使生产企业及检测机构更好地理解和运用新标准,对旧版国家标准GB 3836.4-2010《爆炸性环境第4部分:由本质安全型"i"保护的设备》与新版GB/T 3836.4-2021《爆炸性环境第4部分由本质安全型"i"保护的设备》的主要差异部分逐条进行了解读,分析了试验方法变化、新增要求、删除要求和相关表述修正的原因,针对新旧标准差异提出实验室在技术审查及试验时应注意的事项,并为本安产品按新版标准要求进行设计提供了参考。
Electric explosion-proof series standards have been formally implemented.In order to make manufacturers and testing institutions better understand and use the new standard,the main differences between the old national standard GB 3836.4-2010"Explosive atmospheres Part 4:Equipment protection by intrinsic safety i"and the new GB/T 3836.4-2021"Explosive atmospheres-Part 4:Equipment protection by intrinsic safety i"are interpreted one by one.The reasons for the change of test methods,new requirements,deletion requirements and revision of related statements are analyzed,and the points that should be paid attention to in laboratory technical review and test are put forward.At the same time,reference is provided for the design of intrinsically safe products according to the require-ments of the new version of standard.
