基于PLC的油罐车容量快速检定系统设计

摘要 针对传统的油罐车容量检定方法存在检定效率低或检定准确度不足的问题,依据JJG 133—2016 《汽车油罐车容量检定规程》要求,设计了一种基于PLC的油罐车容量快速检定系统,将容量比较法和标准表法有效结合,巧妙利用了两种方法的优势,采用计算机软件对方法进行逻辑控制,实现了汽车油罐车容量检定的自动化,兼顾了检定效率和准确性。该设计方法具有一定的创新性和较强的可操作性,可以为后期检定系统的实际开发提供前期技术指导。 Aiming at the problems of low verification efficiency or insufficient verification accuracy in the traditional tank car capacity verification method, according to the requirements of JJG 133—2016 “Road tankers capacity verification regulation”, a rapid verification system for tank car capacity based on PLC is designed. The system effectively combines the capacity comparison method with the standard meter method, skillfully uses the advantages of the two methods, and uses computer software to logically control the method. And it realizes the automatic verification of the capacity of the automobile tank car, and takes into account the verification efficiency and accuracy. The design method has certain innovation and strong operability, which can provide early technical guidance for the actual development of the later verification system.
