中子活化产品在线γ辐射监测仪设计

摘要 辐射监测仪主要用于监测辐射环境下γ射线剂量水平,当γ射线剂水平达到对人体伤害的水平时其会发出报警提示,为在场作业人员提供安全保障。设计了一款应用在中子活化系列产品上的在线式γ辐射监测仪。首先,介绍了该监测仪的设计原理;其次,阐述了设产品结构及电路系统设计方案;然后,介绍了该产品关键部件的选用情况;最后,选用一款商业化γ剂量仪和该监测仪进行了对比试验,结果表明,该监测仪的测量数度与对比样机的相当,可以在线实时监测中子活化系列产品周围的辐射情况,以确保工作环境的安全,具有较高的实用价值。 The γ radiation monitor is mainly used to monitor the dose level of γ-rays in the radiation environment.When the dose level is harmful to human body, the alarm will be issued to provide security for the on-site personnel.An online γ radiation monitor for neutron activation series products is designed. Firstly, the design principle of the monitor is introduced. Next, the product structure and circuit system design scheme are described. Then, the selection of key components of the product is introduced. Finally, the constrat test is carried out between a commercial γdose meter and the detector. The results show that the measurement accuracy of the detector and contrast prototype is comparable. And it can monitor the radiation around the neutron activation series products online in real time to ensure the safety of the working environment and has high practical value.
