模拟开关器件验证板自动测试装置设计

摘要 元器件应用验证包括多个验证项目指标,不同验证项目下元器件的应用状态、应用电路存在差异。此外,由于温度、幅度和频率等测试条件的多样化,并且其对应用具有较为重要的影响,因此需要采用各种条件交互组织的方式进行器件的应用验证。以PC主机为载体,通过程控示波器、信号源等外接设备完成了一种通用模拟开关器件自动测试验证装置,并开展了ADG506ATE模拟开关电路的验证测试。其测试结果与器件手册指标基本一致,表明符合设计要求。该测试装置简单,无需依赖昂贵的集成电路测试系统即可实现多种器件的基础测试工作,并且由于整个测试过程通过程控实现因而具有较高的测试效率,具有较高的实用价值。 Component application verification includes multiple verification project indicators, and the application status and application circuits of components under different verification projects are different. In addition, due to the diversification of test conditions such as temperature, amplitude, and frequency, and they have a relatively important impact on the application, so it is necessary to adopt a variety of conditional interactive organization methods for device application verification. A general analog switching device automatic test and verification device is completed by using PC host as the carrier and external devices such as program-controlled oscilloscope and signal source, and the verification test of ADG506ATE analog switching circuit is carried out. The test results are basically consistent with the device manual indicators, which indicates that can meet the design requirements. The test device is simple, and can be used for basic testing of multiple devices without relying on expensive integrated circuit testing systems, and because each testing process is realized by program control, so it has high testing efficiency. Therefore, the test device has a relatively high use value.
