摘要
在碳达峰和碳中和政策下,氢能的运用已经越来越广泛。作为氢能应用的氢燃料电池产品发展迅速,更新迭代速率加快,伴随着产品的开发应用全国范围内的氢燃料电池检测市场需求激增,检测实验室的建设数量井喷。在这时,实验室的建设管理显得尤为重要。分析了国内检测实验室建设现状,提出了实验室建设缺少监管、存在安全隐患的问题。同时,提出了氢燃料检测实验室建设思路,以确保氢燃料检测实验室建设符合国家的相关法律法规规范要求,并确保实验室在后期能够安全稳定地运行,避免发生安全事故。
Under the carbon peak and carbon neutral policies, the application of hydrogen energy has become more and more extensive. As a hydrogen energy application, hydrogen fuel cell products have developed rapidly, and the update iteration rate has accelerated. With the development and application of products, the demand for hydrogen fuel cell testing market surges nationwide, and the number of testing laboratories explodes. At this time, the construction management of laboratory is particularly important. The current situation of the construction of domestic testing laboratories is analyzed, and the lack of supervision of laboratory construction and the problem of safety hazards are proposed. At the same time, the idea of hydrogen fuel testing laboratory construction project is put forward to ensure that the construction of hydrogen fuel testing laboratory conforms to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, and ensure that the laboratory can operate safely and stably in the later stage to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
