摘要 随着国产元器件在航天、军事领域的加快应用,如何高效高质量地验证国产元器件可靠性的重要性尤显突出。结构分析是一种可用于评估制造商和确定元器件内部是否存在潜在失效机制的可靠性分析方法,作为验证器件可靠性的重要技术,近年来其逐渐在航天、军事工程中得以应用。结构分析作为新项目开展时,项目实施的效率和质量成为关注点。高效高质量地开展结构分析是项目成功开展的关键点。为了提升元器件结构分析项目实施效率和质量,从优化结构分析实施流程和如何获取结构分析判据等角度开展了研究。 With the accelerated application of domestic components in aerospace and military fields,the importance of how to verify the reliability of domestic components with high efficiency and quality is particularly prominent.Construction analysis is a reliability analysis method that can be used to evaluate manufacturers and determine whether there is potential failure mechanism inside components.As an important technology to verify device reliability,construction analysis has been gradually applied in aerospace engineering in recent years.While construction analysis is carried out as a new project,the efficiency and the quality of project implementation become the focus,and efficient and high quality construction analysis is also the key point for the success of the project.In order to improve the efficiency and the quality of component construction analysis,the research is carried out from the perspective of optimizing the implementation process and how to obtain the criterion of construction cnalysis.
