数字技术赋能农业产业链现代化的机理研究——基于温氏与京东农场的双案例分析

Mechanism of Digital Technology Empowering the Modernization of the Agricultural Industry Chain——Case Analysis Based on Wens Foodstuff Group CO.,LTD.and JD Farm

新经济时代,驱动数字技术与农业产业链集成融合已成为实现农业产业链现代化的必由之路。本文在阐释农业产业链现代化内涵基础上,运用双案例分析法解构了数字技术赋能农业产业链现代化机理。农业产业链现代化强调农业产业链具有与时代发展要求相契合的创新能力、价值增值力、协同度、可持续性与控制力。数字技术的深度集成应用,可组织赋能、知识赋能与生态共同体赋能农业产业链:通过强化科技创新与商业模式创新以增强创新能力;通过提高生产效率与降低交易成本以提高附加值;通过强化柔性特征以提高协同度;通过降低社会成本与生态成本以提高可持续性;通过强化链主培育与“隐形冠军”培育以提高控制力,从而促使农业产业链实现现代化。

In the new economy era,driving the integration of digital technology and the agricultural industry chain has become the only way to modernize the agricultural industry chain.Based on the interpretation of the modernization of the agricultural industry chain,this paper deconstructed the modernization mechanism of the agricultural industry chain empowered by digital technology through case analysis.The modernization of the agricultural industry chain emphasizes that the agricultural industry chain has the innovation capability,value-added capability,synergy,sustainability and control that are in line with the development requirements of the times.The in-depth integrated application of digital technologies can empower the agricultural industry chain with organizational empowerment,knowledge empowerment and ecological community:enhancing innovation capabilities by strengthening technological innovation and business model innovation;increasing added value by improving production efficiency and reducing transaction costs;boosting synergy by strengthening flexible features;improving sustainability by reducing social and ecological costs;enhancing control by bolstering the cultivation of chain owners and“hidden champions”,thereby modernizing the agricultural industry chain.
